Services
We offer:
- Partial Hospitalization Program, PHP
Adults aged 18-65 with certain primary psychiatric diagnosis such as
depression, anxiety, bipolar and post traumatic stress syndrome.
Program runs Monday through Friday. Eligible clients may include people
discharged from inpatient hospital treatment; or who in the absence of
partial hospitalization would require inpatient hospitalization.
- Intensive Outpatient Program
Adults aged 18-65 with certain primary psychiatric diagnoses who require structure support three days per week.
Psychoeducation offered may include:
- Assertiveness skills
- Relaxation Techniques
- Anger Management
- Life Skills Training
- Grief Resolution
- Coping with Stress
- Medication Management and Education
- Aftercare Follow-up and Referral
- Group Therapy
Themed groups include:
- Social Anxiety / Phobias
- Individual Therapy
- Family / Couples Counseling
- Senior Family Counseling
- Anger Management Course
Taught by a Certified Anger Management Specialist with Certificate of Completion to fulfill legal requirements.
